Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician
Full-Time | Part-Time | Port Townsend, WA 98368
Join Sears Home Services as an Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician. As a Road Warrior, you will travel to customers’ homes to diagnose, repair, and service home appliances. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a company vehicle, and use a mobile app to order parts and log work.

- Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; use of testing and repair tools.
- Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
- Follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
- Use smartphone for part ordering.
- Pass background and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
- Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable, flexible hours, including required overtime.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); speak English.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 20–100 lbs; reach, bend, kneel, twist, stoop, climb, crawl, and drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
