Join Sears Home Services as an Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician. As a Road Warrior, you will travel to customers’ homes to diagnose, repair, and service home appliances. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a company vehicle, and use a mobile app to order parts and log work.

• Hourly rate $18–$28 based on experience.

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience and exceed expectations consistently.
• Provide value‑added solutions that help make homes clean, comfortable, and protected.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Use smartphone for part ordering.
• Pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable, flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); speak English.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 20–100 lbs; reach, bend, kneel, twist, stoop, climb, crawl, and drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
