• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, primarily Aerial Work Platforms and general construction tools.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and make repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment, including large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain proper documentation of work performed.
• Assist in training and supervising junior technicians when required.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred.

• Ability to provide own tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Flexibility with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more.
• Work indoors and outdoors as required by the job.
