Labor Foreman duties include supervising a team of laborers to maintain a safe, organized jobsite. Responsibilities also include moving materials, picking up trash and debris, and adapting to meet the individual needs of each situation.
Qualifications- 2 years of construction experience and 1 year of team leadership experience.
- OSHA 10 training at minimum; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Forklift and fall protection training; mobile elevated work platform training (boom and scissor).
- Ability to work with the team, take ownership of tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues.
- Second shift hours are 5:30pm to 3:30am.
- Physically able to stand or walk for long periods and lift 50–100 lbs; read and write; good vision and hearing.
- Work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment; able to work overtime and weekends; punctuality required.
