We are looking for a Construction laborer who can handle some simple carpentry tasks, from framing to finishing. The schedule will be varied, part-time to full-time depending on the week and workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Simple carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and installations.
- Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in other general job site labor and clean up
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of carpentry experience, including experience with both framing and finish carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Previous knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Portland and surrounding areas.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
