Position
: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Work Hours
: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required occasionally

Pay
: $23.00‑29.00 hourly, depending on experience

Perform routine maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Represent the company with professionalism, provide a positive customer experience, and help identify potential issues before they become major problems.

• 1+ years of experience in residential HVAC or apartment/property maintenance
• HVAC training or education strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA certification
• Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Salary: $23.00‑29.00 per hour
