Warehouse Forklift Operator

Overview

Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operator in Portland, OR. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment with growth potential. Join a team that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork while offering competitive pay and great benefits.

Pay: $21-$22/hr

Schedules Available:

• Monday - Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Monday - Friday | 1:30pm – 10:00pm
• Monday - Friday | 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• Sunday - Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:30am
• Overtime is required for all positions.

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach) safely
• Pick orders using an RF scanner and prepare pallets for shipment
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Read labels and follow inventory instructions accurately
• Assist with inventory counts as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Minimum 1 year of consistent forklift operation experience
• Ability to read and follow instructions, labels, and safety procedures
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Experience with order picking, palletizing, and inventory management is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
