Approximate Year-End Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
. Requires Monday–Friday overnight travel within a designated service radius of approximately 150–250 miles to maintain and upgrade our advanced perimeter security systems nationwide.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites, following established standard operating procedures.
- Assist the AMAROK Install Department with site planning, jurisdictional compliance, inspections, and system commissioning after construction is completed.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes to ensure timely and high‑quality completion of work.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service, training, and support.
- Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians as needed, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Drive safely while following all local, state, and federal traffic laws to reach service locations efficiently.
- Monitor daily inventory levels, accurately complete service reports, and submit documentation within required deadlines.
- Track and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2+ years of hands‑on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus).
- OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as needed and safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
- Ability to operate various forms of power equipment such as aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers, etc.
- Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Basic math skills – necessary for measuring, calculating, and troubleshooting system configurations.
