Job Overview
We are a full‑service mechanical provider specializing in HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial environments. We handle everything from system design and installation to long‑term maintenance and repairs, supporting projects that range from small equipment setups to large multi‑story facilities.
RoleAs a controls technician on our team, you will troubleshoot, program, and commission building automation systems, interpret technical drawings, and provide customer‑focused support during field visits.
Salary and BenefitsBase pay range: $75,000 – $100,000 per year.

- 3+ years of building automation, HVAC controls, or BMS service experience
- Experience in the light commercial or residential HVAC industry
- Oregon Class III or V boiler license
- Oregon Limited Energy‑B or WA06-A license
- Type I and II CFC certification
- Tridium Niagara N4 certification
- Honeywell DDC programming experience
- BMS commissioning experience
- Trane controls
