Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements

• Drive to multiple customers' homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience exceeding expectations.
• Provide value‑added solutions for customers.
• Maintain company truck well‑organized and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions & processes for quality workmanship.
• Smartphone proficiency.
• Successfully pass background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the operating state(s).
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 100 lbs, bend, squat, kneel, twist, stand, walk, type.
• Able to drive automatic transmission vehicle.

Experience

1–2 years experience.

Travel Requirements

Road Warrior (75% or more).
