Currently, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Service Technician for our Portland location
. This individual is responsible for providing maintenance and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience while assisting with training Maintenance and Junior Service Technicians.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch; alternating on-call schedule to cover 24/7 emergency service; some evenings and weekends

Pay Scale: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Minimum 3 years diagnostic experience in HVAC
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Own or demonstrate willingness to invest in hand tools
• Acquire NATE Core certification within one year of employment
• Professional communication and customer service skills: both verbal and written
• Ability to operate a tablet or smartphone and utilize required e-mail and other software systems
• Must possess basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings, including how to safely use a ladder

• Knowledge of residential HVAC code
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Brazing certification
• Universal EPA certification
