Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our Portland-area properties (Freewell, Carson, Raleigh, Saltwood). You will perform general maintenance, handle service requests, turnovers, and basic appliance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks to keep neighborhoods in top condition.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, on-call availability, at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, and solid communication and technical skills.
