• $55-$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical problems, including circuit, lighting, outlet, breaker, and panel issues.
• Install and upgrade panels, service equipment, dedicated circuits, lighting, and other residential electrical components.
• Inspect homes for electrical safety concerns, outdated wiring, and grounding deficiencies.
• Explain findings, provide estimates, and help homeowners choose appropriate repair and upgrade options.
• Complete safe, code-compliant work that meets Cornel's standards for quality and professionalism.
• Support plumbing and HVAC teams on projects requiring electrical work.
• Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and service documentation.
• Keep job sites clean and your vehicle organized and stocked.

• Current Oregon Journeyman Electrician license.
• At least five years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of current Oregon electrical codes.
• Experience working independently in customers' homes.
• Clear communication with customers, dispatch, and fellow technicians.
• A valid driver's license.
• Residential home service experience preferred;
  Service Titan experience is a plus.
