Bring your weatherization skills to a crew that cares about the home behind every work order. As a Level 2 installer, you’ll independently complete standard residential weatherization scopes, solve everyday field challenges, and help newer teammates build their skills.
What you’ll do- Independently install attic, floor, and wall insulation and complete standard air-sealing and duct-sealing scopes.
- Plan tools, materials, access, and task sequence; check coverage, seals, workmanship, and cleanup before calling the work complete.
- Troubleshoot common field conditions and routine callbacks while balancing labor expectations with safety and quality.
- Keep clear photos, checklists, time and material records, and job notes; promptly escalation scope changes or customer concerns.
- Explain routine work to homeowners and support trainees and Level 1 installers with foundational tasks.
Success means delivering complete, well-documented work with consistent quality, dependable pace, and a positive homeowner experience. Advancement toward Level 3 depends on technical skill, safety, productivity, and demonstrated leadership.
