The Staffing Coordinator will work collaboratively with our team to schedule care staff while assisting with recruitment efforts and new hire orientation for our Community Based Care facility
.

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly staff schedules
• Ensure vacant positions are filled to meet staffing requirements
• Approve time off and promote good attendance
• Create and maintain required staffing reports
• Assist with recruitment efforts including pre‑screening candidates, interviewing and background/reference checks
• Arrange new hire training and support new employee orientation process
• Maintain staff records and track required certification
• Other duties as assigned

Community Based Care (Assisted Living/Memory Care) experience preferred.
