Central City Concern in Portland, OR, is seeking a Case Manager I to join a multidisciplinary team providing case management and treatment readiness. You will help clients address crisis, health, housing, benefits, and employment opportunities.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm.
Location:
Golden West, 707 NW Everett St. Compensation: $23.30–$30.91/hr; final based on experience. This is a union-represented role (AFSCME) with recall rights.
