Central City Concern is seeking a Housing Case Manager (QMHA) for the Community Engagement Program in Portland, OR. The role collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to help chronically homeless clients access shelters, transitional housing, and permanent housing resources.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm. Compensation: QMHA-I $27.62–$36.65/hour; external candidates up to $32.05/hr per union contract. Union representation via AFSCME.
