IRCO is seeking a Health Related Social Need (HRSN) Program Coordinator in Portland, OR. The role leads housing and outreach programs, supervising case managers to assist with rent/utility support, tenancy, and resource navigation.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in health or social services and at least two years in social services, with strong trauma-informed and culturally competent practice. Hybrid schedule with 2 days on-site and 3 remote days.
