Senior Frontend Developer React

About the role

Full Stack Developer (.NET & React) you will make an impact by designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and cloud‑based applications. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and Dev Ops specialists.

• Build and maintain web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC and React JS
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front‑end components
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack

• 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in .NET (C#, .NET Core, Web API)
• Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure Dev Ops
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience working in agile development environments
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Applications will be accepted until November 23rd, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $93,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
