Our client is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement advanced AI systems capable of reasoning, learning, and performing complex, real‑world tasks autonomously. This role will contribute to projects that push the limits of applied AI, such as intelligent decision-making and system optimization within dynamic, data‑driven environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in modern machine learning, applied large language models, and scalable system design.

This role is fully remote.

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and multi‑agent architectures that can reason, plan, and act autonomously in complex environments.
• Build and refine models that optimize decision‑making, such as task allocation, recommendation, and matching systems.
• Apply deep learning, reinforcement learning, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) methods to improve accuracy and adaptability of AI‑based applications.
• Develop scalable frameworks for integrating large language models with internal APIs, tools, and external data sources.
• Create structured prompts, pipelines, and model evaluation processes to ensure reliability and quality across AI workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to define technical requirements and deliver high‑impact AI solutions.
• Implement robust monitoring, testing, and safety mechanisms for production‑grade machine learning systems.
• Contribute to architectural discussions around distributed systems, performance optimization, and AI safety best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends in autonomous systems, LLM frameworks, and responsible AI development.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and related frameworks.
• Proven track record developing and deploying agentic or autonomous AI systems in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Lang Chain, or CrewAI.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model fine‑tuning, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience designing data‑driven architectures and integrating AI models with APIs, databases, or real‑time systems.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning agents, and multi‑modal AI concepts.
• Familiarity with modern data infrastructure tools (e.g., dbt, Airbyte, Kinesis, or similar).
• Background in building and scaling containerized applications using microservices, REST, or Graph
  
  QL.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
