• Design and build features and services on the integration platform to connect and orchestrate applications
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and code reviews for a team of developers
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to refine scope and plan sprints
• Interface with external stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure integration points meet business and technical needs
• Manage delivery across dependencies by tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and driving escalations to resolution

• Minimum education requirement:
  Associate’s degree;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 8 years of related experience in software engineering
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Java, React, and SQL
• Experience leading development teams in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe)
• Proven background in system design, integration patterns, APIs, and event‑driven architectures

• Experience with large‑scale system integration (enterprise, multi‑app ecosystems)
• Dev Ops experience or working knowledge (CI/CD, observability, automation)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and Kubernetes
• Experience with Voluntary Business benefits or policy administration systems
