Frontend Developer Shopping Solutions Plus Portland

We're after a Frontend Developer whose idea of a good day is a performance-driven pull request that closed three tickets and opened zero. Set the $65,000 - $97,000 aside a moment and the technology ownership alone makes this Shopping Solutions Plus job worth a serious look.

• Own the junior Linux workstream that unblocks the rest of Shopping Solutions Plus's Portland, OR roadmap
• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence
• Pair with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver full-time projects
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team
• Reproduce the design-led bug from the Portland field report, then make it impossible again
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Linux libraries
• Build the joyfully-rigorous Linux feature that wins back the OR accounts Shopping Solutions Plus lost

• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple work streams
• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
• A track record of question-everything delivery in a full-time structure
• Familiarity with the Portland market and local technology landscape
• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them effectively
• A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements

The founders of Shopping Solutions Plus left bigger companies to build something autonomy-rich in Portland, and technology has been better for it. Our OR crew runs on candor, caffeine, and a stubborn refusal to ship sloppy work.

The bottom line: $65,000 - $97,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexibility, wrapped into a Frontend Developer role that grows as fast as you do.
