C# Developer

We need a C# Developer who can take a vague technology request and return a people-centered system that does exactly, and only, what was asked. A mid-level C# Developer seat that takes 3 years of Ruby on Rails seriously, pays $88,000 - $134,000, and hands over the technology reins.

• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level technology initiatives
• Build C# dashboards so Netflix Studios's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
• Wire up RabbitMQ feature flags so Netflix Studios can test on Portland traffic risk-free
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across OR engineering teams
• Tune database queries and schemas for high-throughput Netflix Studios workloads

• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them effectively
• 5 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it
• An OR work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• Proven leadership experience guiding mid-level-level initiatives

Trusted by businesses nationwide, Netflix Studios operates a deadline-driven technology platform from its Portland base. Transparency is a habit, so roadmaps, tradeoffs, and even mistakes get shared openly.

You’ll receive $88,000 - $134,000, a hybrid schedule, and a personalized development plan tailored to your technology career goals.
