Role Overview:

As a Cycle Star Instructor, you will be the heart and soul of the Cycle Bar experience. Equal parts educator, DJ, motivator, and friend, you will lead classes that inspire riders to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead dynamic indoor cycling classes using our signature 12-song sequence.

Create and share engaging playlists that motivate and energize riders.

Promote your classes on social media platforms at least three times per week.

Arrive 30 minutes before each class to prepare the studio and welcome riders.

Ensure all new riders are properly introduced to the bike setup and safety protocols.

Stay after class to engage with riders, answer questions, and build community.

Attend at least two classes per month at your studio with fellow instructors.

Regularly check in on the instructor forum to stay updated on best practices and new content.

Qualifications:

Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to pass an audition and complete the Cycle Bar bootcamp training program.

Previous group fitness or indoor cycling experience is a plus.

Application Process:

Interested candidates should be prepared to:

Attend a few Cycle Bar classes to familiarize themselves with the brand and experience.

Audition by leading a 10-minute ride to showcase energy and teaching style.

Complete a 4-5 week training program with our Master Instructors.

Obtain Cycle Star Instructor certification upon successful completion of training.
