• Safely load, move, and unload customer belongings (up to 75 lbs repeatedly)
• Provide professional, friendly 5-star customer service
• Protect homes and items with proper techniques and equipment
• Support Crew Leads and Drivers while learning leadership skills
• Develop toward Crew Lead and Driver certification opportunities

• 18+ years old, able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable, punctual team players with strong communication skills
• Positive, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical activity
• Customer-focused and respectful problem solvers
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required to start)

Mover → Driver or Crew Lead Certification → Mover/Driver Crew Lead → Assistant Operations Manager → Operations Leadership

• On-site across the Portland metro area, with occasional long-distance projects (per diem provided)
