Pay Range: $20.19 - $30.26 per hour

Description

The Transportation Coordinator picks up and delivers geriatric, frail and/or physically limited PACE participants to and from their destinations in regular or specially equipped vehicles, depending upon the individual geriatric participants' needs.

• Provide safe transportation for PACE participants.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, caregivers, and staff.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and compliant with safety regulations.
• Adhere to all state laws and company policies related to driving and patient care.

• Successful completion of defensive driving and passenger assistance training within 3 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (proof upon request).
• 5+ years of driving experience.

• 2+ years of driving experience transporting people with special needs.
• Experience driving a large passenger van or small bus.
• Experience transporting individuals with special mobility needs.

Hiring Bonus: $2,000 for eligible external candidates meeting required qualifications and conditions for payment.
