TriMet Lift Driver - Portland; Part-Time

Join us at Transdev North America as a Part-Time Portland Tri Met Lift Driver/Operator.

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Portland, OR. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for passengers, adhering to safety standards and customer service excellence.

• Pay Rate: $25.71 - $36.26 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting at $25.71 with progression to $36.26 over 3 years

• Operate vehicles safely, following routes and schedules while maintaining safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer care, assisting passengers and ensuring smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible work schedule availability.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical exam.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Sit for extended periods; walk, push, pull, bend, kneel as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull objects up to 100 lbs.
• Work in traffic and noisy environments.
