Logistics Manager

* Pay Type:

Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
* Annual Bonus Incentive:
Up to 10% of salary per year
* Annual Salary Pay: $90,000 per year based on experience.

* Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

** Summary
* * The Logistics Manager is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.

* Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements advanced required
* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
* Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required
* Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations. advanced required
* Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements. advanced required

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
