Hiring Bonus: $2,000 for eligible external candidates meeting required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The Transportation Coordinator picks up and delivers geriatric, frail and/or physically limited PACE participants to and from their destinations using regular or specially equipped vehicles, depending upon each participant’s needs. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.

• Coursework/Training:
  Successfully complete defensive driving and passenger assistance training courses within 3 months of hire.
• Driving is a necessary part of this role. Caregivers must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.

• 2 years of driving experience, including: driving a large passenger van or small bus.
• 2 years of experience transporting people with special needs.
• 1 year of experience transporting individuals with special mobility needs.

Wage: $20.19 - $30.26 per hour. Additional compensation may be available as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
