Compensation & Schedule- Pay Range: $22.85 per hour - $25.60 per hour
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 AM start

PrimaryResponsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory.
- Perform tasks such as receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and proper receiving and preparation of shipments.
- Maintain safety, quality, and teamwork standards.
- Build pallets within the warehouse to meet customer guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as requested.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
- At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment.
- At least one year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.
- Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.
- Ability to follow safe warehouse working practices.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a commitment to team success.
- Preferred experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential warehouse functions of this job. Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively up to 1,000 times per day and larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently. Must stand, walk, climb, and sit as required. Temperatures can range from very cool to very warm;
freezer temperatures are (-10°F) and refrigerator temperatures are 25-35°F. The noise level is typically low to moderate.
