Upstream is a network of over 1200 clinics across the country, with 26 brand partners leading the outpatient physical therapy field. We offer opportunities for continued education through mentorship or residency programs, pathways to ownership, clinical instruction roles, leadership advancement, community impact through advocacy, and more.
Our Portland, TN clinic comprises a 2 PT and 1 PTA team, offering an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking leadership and management experience to empower their team and strengthen community ties. Located just off Highway 109 in the Portland Village Shopping Mall, we are looking for a leader who is passionate about engaging and encouraging their team and community!
ClinicHours:
- Mon & Wed: 8am-5pm
- Tues, Thurs, & Fri: 7am-4pm
- Sat/Sun: CLOSED
