• Maintain all property equipment and processes, diagnosing and executing solutions rapidly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Two‑year degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent work experience, or enrollment in Kirby Building Systems Maintenance Assistant Program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Knowledge and experience with 480‑volt 3‑phase electrical systems and machinery.
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to weld (MIG, TIG, and stick preferred).
• Ability to use plasma cutting devices.
• Ability to use oxy‑acetylene torch.

Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
