Magherabuoy Hotel – Guest Service Agent
Location: Magherabuoy Hotel, Portrush, 41 Magheraboy Road, Portrush, Northern Ireland, BT56 8NX
Job type: Full‑time
Salary: Up to £12.80 per hour (dependent on age)
Closing date: 4th December 2025
About the Role- Front Office: Greet guests with warmth and understanding, monitor hotel e‑mail and telephone lines, direct inquiries to the correct department, maintain accurate in‑house records (rooming list, maintenance logs), and comply with GDPR legislation.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with the management team to find solutions to complex problems and communicate guest requirements to other departments.
- Food & Beverage: Serve food and beverages to hotel standards, follow the service sequence, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene, refresh lobby and restaurant tables, and ensure all equipment used to serve guests is clean.
- Participate in training sessions, briefings and meetings as required.

Required Criteria- Experience with in a customer‑facing role
- Basic level of IT proficiency
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work as part of a team
