NEOS Engineering Recruitment are recruiting a CNC Press Brake Team Lead to oversee a growing press brake and sheet-metal production department near Portrush. This role combines hands-on CNC press brake operation with coordinating operators, maintaining quality and achieving production targets.
You will lead daily production, set, program and operate CNC press brake machinery, allocate work and interpret engineering drawings.
