• Accurately generate and manage invoices based on contracts, volumetric information, and utility/carrier parameters.
• Enter billing and payment information into the accounting or billing system with a high level of accuracy.
• Verify invoices for correctness, completeness, and adherence to company policies and contractual agreements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and billing‑related problems promptly.
• Perform monthly billing reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected.
• Prepare and generate periodic billing reports for management and other departments as required.
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
• Advanced computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to customers, outside contacts, and associates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
