Entry-Level Administrative Support Commercial Dialer

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Location: Portsmouth, NH (first day of training in Salem, NH)

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm

Pay: $16‑18/hr DOE + bi‑weekly bonus opportunity

Status: Full-time, onsite while on contract;
hybrid after permanent conversion

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and monitor the commercial dialer system
  • Queue calls for agents and ensure accuracy
  • Update records and maintain organized call lists
  • Occasionally interact with commercial clients in a professional manner
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
