Construction Project Manager
ReArch Construction is a leading development and construction firm that specializes in creating innovative, sustainable, and high-performance buildings. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the overall direction, completion and successful financial outcome of construction projects in accordance with our client’s expectations. Reporting to the VP of Construction, this role serves as the direct liaison and point of contact with our project clients and works in collaboration with our superintendent and administrative staff, as well as with subcontractors, vendors and permitting and regulatory authorities in order to accomplish project objectives.
This full-time salary position will preferably be based at our Portsmouth, NH office, however we would consider placement at our Lebanon, NH office for the right candidate. Routine travel to job sites throughout Vermont and New Hampshire is required.
The typical pay range for this position is $105,000 to $150,000/year depending on experience.
Qualifications- Minimum of five years’ experience as a project manager on commercial, institutional and medical projects in excess of $5,000,000.
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in performing detailed take-offs, interpreting plans and using scheduling programs, construction management software (Procore) and spreadsheet applications.
- Extensive construction knowledge and ability to collaborate positively and respectfully with subcontractors and agencies.
- Proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service and commitment to total project success.
- Ability to engage in a dynamic and creative team environment.
