Joining our team means working at the forefront of the industry while helping transform the construction landscape. We are currently looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead midsize to large commercial construction projects in New Hampshire.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to ReArch’s Vice President of Construction, Superintendents are responsible for overall management and supervision of midsize to large commercial construction projects such as healthcare facilities, retail, commercial office, industrial, education/institutional work, senior living/multifamily, and limited custom private residences. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and maintaining the site’s weekly schedule, directing and monitoring construction activities, adhering to budget estimates, implementing cost‑saving actions when possible, conducting daily site inspections, and enforcing safety standards and procedures.
The typical pay range for this position is $115,000–$150,000 per year depending on experience. This position will primarily be based at construction sites in and around southern New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years supervising commercial construction projects exceeding $15,000,000 in budget and possess a college and/or professional degree, preferably in engineering or a related field, or have a commensurate level of experience. In addition to extensive construction knowledge and a history of successfully managed projects, the candidate should exhibit a personable, courteous attitude toward coworkers, collaborate positively with subcontractors and regulators, and maintain a proactive approach to outstanding customer service.
Benefits- A competitive salary ($115,000–$150,000+), discretionary annual bonus, and 3% employer 401(k) contribution after 6 months of service
