Assistant Superintendent

• As one of our Assistant Superintendents, you will be responsible for all aspects of the multi‑family or commercial project you are assigned to.
• You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to develop the project schedule, prioritize the buy‑out, and maintain the flow of communications between the home office and the tradesmen.
• You may be called upon to execute certain aspects of the work including, but not limited to, carpentry, lube operation, oversight of temporary labor, cleaning and organizing.
• You will need to be skilled at communicating and coordinating with subcontractors and other employees as needed day‑to‑day and through weekly coordination meetings held on site.

• Experience in large‑scale wood‑frame projects.
• Experience in concrete and steel (podium) construction.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and build teamwork.
• Skilled with MS Project, Excel, Word, Bluebeam software.
• Ability to focus on details while maintaining a solid overview of project goals.
• Strong desire to deliver unsurpassed customer experience and service to clients.
