The Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute (MGBCI), Division of Hematology/Oncology currently seeks applications from board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologists/hematologists for a faculty-based position emphasizing community clinical care at Wentworth Douglass Hospital in Dover, and Portsmouth, NH. In addition to the Hematology/Oncology practice at Wentworth Douglass Hospital, there is onsite radiation oncology and surgery. While in the community, this position will have strong oversight and connections to the MGBCI Hematology/Oncology Practice based in Boston.
A record of success in the clinical care of hematology/oncology patients is essential. The incumbent will also join a disease specific multidisciplinary team on the main campus and/or community facilities. Candidates should be caring, compassionate, willing to involve patients and families in the decision-making process, and able to coordinate care with colleagues in various departments. Candidates must also be motivated to work with leadership teams in the community and the Boston campus.
Suitable candidates will have an MD or an MD-PhD, and Board Certification in Internal Medicine. Physicians with New Hampshire and Massachusetts licensure preferred but not required.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $300,000–$600,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
