Tighe & Bond is seeking a Site Civil Project Engineer 1 to join our Land Use team in Portsmouth or Manchester, NH. You will manage civil/site design tasks across multiple projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant infrastructure.
Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and a PE license or plan to obtain within a year. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD is required.
