This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Loan Officer based in Portsmouth, NH. The Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application and approval process, evaluating financial profiles, and recommending suitable loan options. Daily activities include originating loans, reviewing financial documentation, working closely with underwriting, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves compliance with industry guidelines and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

• Strong expertise in Loan Origination, Loan Officers duties, and Finance
• Experience with Underwriting processes and assessing financial information
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and lending practices
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with loan processing and financial software systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage lending or finance are advantageous
