Job Details- Compensation: $18 per hour plus tips.
- Work Schedule: Open availability including weekends, 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am shifts.
- Benefits: Eligible for accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, 401k retirement plan. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible.
- Job Summary: Guest Service Associate responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients (25%).
- Use salutation of the day, greet guests within five feet, apply proper phone etiquette, and stay posted in designated areas (10%).
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage; opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests (20%).
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provides information on facility amenities and local attractions; delivers requested items and shuttles guests to approved locations (10%).
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; processes claim checks; maintains ticket information; calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed (35%).
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Required Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state to work or within commutable distance.
- Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills:
- Read and write standard English; read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees.
- Basic math operations with money; understand 24‑hour and military time; rates applicable to time passed.
- Operate a manual transmission (highly desirable).
- Perform parallel parking.
Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines.

Working Conditions & Physical DemandsRegularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus. Lifting: up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs constantly. Majority of work outdoors for extended periods. Protection from weather conditions may be provided. Travel up to 5% may be required.
