We are partnering with a healthcare organization to identify a Senior People Operations Partner to join their HR team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is highly solution‑oriented, confident navigating employee relations, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a fast‑paced environment.

• Serve as a key partner to managers on employee relations matters, coaching leaders through issues with a proactive, solutions‑first mindset.
• Handle day‑to‑day people operations while helping stabilize and strengthen HR processes.

• 5–10 years of progressive HR / People Operations experience.
• Strong employee relations background (healthcare experience is a major plus).
• Highly resourceful and solution‑oriented—able to resolve issues before escalation.
• Ability to work onsite and be hands‑on with the business.

  Onsite in Portsmouth, NH.
• Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary.
