** About the Role
** As a
** Product Manager**, you will join our Civil Operations team to lead the creation and development of cutting-edge solutions for the civil construction and infrastructure industries. You will be at the forefront of leveraging AI, Business Intelligence (BI), and advanced analytics to create intelligent, interconnected workflows.
Your primary focus will be transforming raw operational data into clear, actionable insights for our customers. You will also be instrumental in evolving our core fleet/asset management and e-forms capabilities, ensuring our platforms are powerful and intuitive tools for managing civil construction projects.
* ** Define
* * and articulate the product strategy and roadmap for AI, BI, and Analytics features within the Civil Operations portfolio.
* ** Conduct
* * market research and engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for data-driven solutions.
* ** Translate
* * customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* ** Drive
* * the development of machine learning models and predictive analytics tools that optimize civil operations.
* ** Lead
* * the design and implementation of BI dashboards and reporting tools for real-time project insights.
* ** Collaborate
* * with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities seamlessly across our platform ecosystem.
* ** Enhance
* * the fleet/asset management and e-forms functionality, focusing on data capture, utilization tracking, and user experience.
** What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
*** A
** Bachelor's degree
** in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
* A
** minimum of 3 years of experience
** as a Product Manager, preferably in the construction, civil engineering, or enterprise software industry.
* ** Demonstrated experience
** with AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics.
* ** Strong understanding
** of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and data visualization techniques.
* ** Proven ability
** to work effectively with agile development teams.
* ** Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
