Microsoft Business Systems & AI Automation Manager

Construction Execs is representing an established, highly respected speciality construction organisation seeking an accomplished Microsoft Business Systems & AI Automation Manager to lead the development and integration of its business technology infrastructure. Our client is entering an exciting growth phase and investing in sophisticated technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, strengthen business intelligence, and support long-term scalability.

We are seeking an educated, technically proficient professional with extensive hands‑on experience implementing and optimising the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline, and can translate business objectives into integrated technology solutions.

• Architect, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, and system governance.
• Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Integrate CRM platforms with Microsoft applications and enterprise business processes.
• Implement Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled solutions to improve productivity and operational performance.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, management reporting, and data‑driven business intelligence.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business processes and implement scalable technology solutions.
• Establish system documentation, security protocols, and organizational technology standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with demonstrated implementation and administration experience.
• Strong technical capabilities in SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience integrating business applications, CRM platforms, and automated workflows.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, data management, and business process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
