Spencer Thomas Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager and ADP Lyric Functional Lead to represent a global enterprise client through its ADP Lyric HCM implementation. You’ll sit on the client side of the table: helping the client make sound design decisions across work streams and holding ADP accountable to agreed milestones and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in and support ADP Lyric HR and module design sessions
- Help the client make design decisions with the full picture across work streams
- Own the client-side integrated program plan, RAID log, and decision log
- Prepare weekly status reports and steering committee materials
- Coordinate UAT with ADP, triage defects, and track sign-offs
- Lead cutover readiness and the go/no-go recommendation
- Track hypercare issues and hand off to steady state
- Initiation & Design (20–30 hrs/wk):
Phase 0, discovery, kickoff, governance setup, global design sessions, data conversion and test planning - Configuration & Build (15–20 hrs/wk): configuration review, decision follow-through, change requests, readiness tracking
- Testing (20–25 hrs/wk): test plan execution, UAT coordination, defect triage, sign-off tracking
- Cutover (25–30 hrs/wk): cutover plan, go-live readiness, go/no-go, production transition
Qualifications:
- Hands-on ADP Lyric implementation experience
- Proven project management on global HCM implementations, ideally on the client side
- Experience running governance, RAID logs, decision logs, and steering committees
- UAT, cutover, and go-live leadership experience
- Confidence holding a vendor accountable to scope, timeline, and quality
