The Operations Supervisor supervises, directs, trains and assists staff in performing applicable support functions related to the assigned function. The Supervisor ensures daily operations meet quality and productivity objectives, provides training, evaluates performance and collaborates with Operations Managers to deliver all deliverables.

High School/GED

• Associate’s degree or one year of visa operations support experience.
• One year of supervisory experience may be substituted for visa operations support.
• Two years of similar team management experience may replace an Associate’s degree.
• Must obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance; otherwise an MRPT is required.

• Strong written and verbal command of English.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail to analyze and evaluate trends.

Employee occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, type or write, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, taste or smell. Location primarily an office environment; may be required in other work environments.
