Job Title: Bulk Hiring - Biotech Manufacturing Associate - Night Shift
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $18.89 - $27.01/hr on W2 AI
Nights: 7PM – 7AM, rotating days, every other weekend
Role PurposeThe Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the manufacture of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions.
Responsibilities- Execute process recipes and follow written procedures (SOPs); monitor equipment and processes.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity, sampling, and routine sanitization.
- Demonstrate aseptic technique under close supervision while gaining a basic understanding of cGMP compliance.
- Set up, operate equipment, and monitor production processes, including CIP and SIP operations.
- Report production in written and electronic documents in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements; review documentation as appropriate.
- Attain qualification for all assigned tasks and maintain an individual training plan.
- Perform material movements, transfer raw materials and chemicals into, out of, and across production areas.
- Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning, sanitization, and support 6S programs.
- Attend shift exchanges, meetings, send/receive emails, participate in projects, and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent minimum; AS/BS preferred.
- Preferred area of study: science‑related discipline.
- 0–3 years experience; prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Proven logic, decision‑making abilities, and critical‑thinking skills.
