The Role
As a Cable Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on in building intricate wiring systems that support cutting-edge technologies. This role demands precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship-perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to industries shaping the future.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, lay out, and perform intricate wiring on cables, connectors, electrical penetrators, junction boxes, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret schematic wiring diagrams, process sheets, and blueprints.
• Use electrical instruments to make polarity determinations.
• Assemble components accurately from detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Communicate effectively by listening, clarifying, documenting, and writing clearly.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of cable assembly experience.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow instructions.
• Strong skills in reading technical documents and applying basic math.

Physical Demands

• Good hand coordination and flexibility.
• Ability to move and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. or more.
• Good vision, including passing a color blindness test.

Hours | Pay Range

• Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
• $23.50 - $26.50/hour commensurate with experience
