Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Full‑time LPN position in home care based in York County, Maine.

$37–$40 per hour.

• Verify plan of care with RN prior to each visit.
• Collaborate frequently with physician and RN to meet patient needs; notify changes promptly.
• Teach patients and caregivers self‑care techniques.
• Check vital signs.
• Review all medications and perform medication reconciliation at each visit.
• Perform specialized procedures ordered by physician (e.g., foley catheter change).
• Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using aseptic technique.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.

• One year of clinical LPN experience.
• Current LPN license specific to the state(s) assigned.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
